responsibility for developing a support mission for the 310th
Theater Army Area Command with the United States Southern Command,
Republic of Panama. Established and directed a team of logistics
experts to develop a plan to support military operations during
the Panama Canal Treaty implementation.

the time of retirement served as the Deputy Commander for Logistics,
310th Theater Army Area Command, Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. Rank:
Colonel.
